Bruise Easy by Sarah Kaplan

Bruise Easy by just some giiirl I find the surface of skin very interesting to photograph. I'm experimenting with different designs on skin all over the body. I'd like the meaning behind this photograph to be open to the viewer's interpretation because I'd like everyone to find some kind of personal connection to this piece.

Neurotic Nightmare BY Andréa Dassie

We were assigned DREAMS as a topic for photos. I decided to sandwich the negatives of my little brother and a tree and got this wonderful combo. The dark branches with it's light undertones remind me of the nerves in a brain and something like a NIGHTMARE, the complete opposite of a dream. I LOVE THIS PIC!!!

HIDDEN by Nicole Montera

High School by Shamari Brodhead

This is a picture of the one and only Kingston High School. You see this part of it when you're driving by the front of the school, when you want to enter the building, and even on the school website. Knowing this I thought it would be idea to show it from my point of view. (Tall, beautiful, and aged) Along with it I experimented double borders, as you can see, making it look heaven like.

Pensive By Faith Shiber

I've always loved watching peoples expressions, and seeing their reactions to things. One day my friends and I were out to dinner and i looked down to the table and there was my friend, so content so thoughtful, so......pensive.

Skin Graffitti by Joseph Geraci

My model, Josh McCagg, was a wonderful sport about modeling his own personal graffitti. This picture, taken in a library, underlines the beauty of skin graffitti.

Basketball Shadow

This photo was a wonderful accident. My twin brother shot the basketball and i took a picture of the ground while the shadow of the basketball and the hoop were in the frame. Even though he didnt make the shot, the angle of the ball's shadow makes it look like it is going through the hoop. I like this photo because its amazing how a great image can be taken without you knowing.

Afterlife; By Dana Pistone

This photograph was taken for our first project, with the theme of "Afterlife". I had natural lighting from a window, and I also used a clamp light to create the washed out, disappearing ghost effect. I did not know how the photographs would turn out when I took them, as my original idea was to do a double-exposure in the darkroom to show the "soul" (a lighter image) leaving the body (a darker image). When I developed the film, though, this photograph ended up being my favorite, because she looks like a ghost. The model is Vianca Lugo, who appears in the majority of my work.

Dream

Dreams are confusing places. there are images everywhere. things that would normally be completely absurd seem to make sense. There are often a few things that stand out from the confusing haze. a singular idea, separated from the confusion and darkness.

Mystery By Brianna Hinchey

This photo is left to the interpretation of the viewer. Why was the umbrella left there, opened... How did it get there...???

I-Solarize

I am a very experimental photographer. This photograph was originally taken to take up the last couple of pictures on a roll of film. I eventually used it to edit using solarization and bleach. This is not commentary, and has no meaning.
